Cancellations and Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/custom orders.
Please refer to the following steps for your return/exchange related requests.

Step 1: Write back to us at for the return of the product within 14 days of receiving the product.
Step 2: We will mail you the detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Generally the process is like this, we will give you a return authorization number along with instructions for returns.
We will courier you a tamper proof package with the return authorization number and your name on the package. You just need to secure the jewellery in the package along with all the certifications, receipt, and packaging materials.
We will also arrange a pick up from your place at your convenient time at No cost.
Step 3: Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. The product needs to be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Any item that shows the sign of wear or if it has been altered, resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged, it cannot be accepted for return.
Step 4: If the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount to the account you paid from. We will provide you a 100% refund on the products if return is made within 14 days of delivery.

If you have received the wrong size, simply send us an email or call us so we can help you determine the right size and customise the piece accordingly!
In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition. You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. Please attach an image and email it to to provide proof of damage. Please refer to the Return policy section for details.

Resizing and Repairs Policy

The company will resize rings free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
Shipping charges under Repairs policy shall be borne by the customer.

Delivery and Shipping

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a mail with the tracking ID and tracking link details for you to keep a track of the order.

You can find out if delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool located on the right side on all product detail pages. Please enter your PIN code into the tool to see if the pin code entered is eligible for delivery and also whether cash on delivery is possible.
The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed or email us on so we can schedule a special delivery for you!
We provide free shipping on all orders above Rs.5000 and for order below Rs.5000, we charge Rs.60 only
We generally ship your order within 3-4 working days and you should expect your products within 5-10 days, for more information you can track your order via tracking number provided to you by our support team.
On orders above Rs.50,000 we require you to provide us your PAN card details and for orders above Rs.2,00,000 we require you to provide us your PAN card and ID Proof like Aadhar Card details. After verification only your order can be processed.
