Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel an order until it has been processed/dispatched from our side by simply calling us at our customer care: +91-9860411161 or writing to support@rankajewellers.in. Generally the dispatch takes 3 days from the order date.
Once the order has been dispatched, please initiate the return order process after delivery.
Return / Exchange Process
At Ranka Jewellers, we offer you a 14-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy. We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING for exchanges and resizings. For any other queries, please feel free to call us on +91-9860411161 or email us on support@rankajewellers.in
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/custom orders.
Please refer to the following steps for your return/exchange related requests.
Step 1: Write back to us at support@rankajewellers.in for the return of the product within 14 days of receiving the product.
Step 2: We will mail you the detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Generally the process is like this, we will give you a return authorization number along with instructions for returns.
We will courier you a tamper proof package with the return authorization number and your name on the package. You just need to secure the jewellery in the package along with all the certifications, receipt, and packaging materials.
We will also arrange a pick up from your place at your convenient time at No cost.
Step 3: Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. The product needs to be returned in the condition it was sent to you. Any item that shows the sign of wear or if it has been altered, resized(by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged, it cannot be accepted for return.
Step 4: If the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount to the account you paid from. We will provide you a 100% refund on the products if return is made within 14 days of delivery.
Alongside returns, we offer free return shipping for exchanges and resizings. For any other queries, please feel free to call us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/custom orders.
Call us on or write to support@rankajewellers.in within 7 days of receipt of the product to report the incident.
Resizing and Repairs Policy
The company will resize rings free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.
If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.
Shipping charges under Repairs policy shall be borne by the customer.

The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed or email us on support@rankajewellers.in so we can schedule a special delivery for you!
Packaging
Every product you purchase from us comes with an exclusive package from Ranka Jewellers The package set will include a beautiful display box, independent EGL certificate for all studded jewellery, a fact sheet on how to take care of your jewellery and a free jewellery cleaning cloth.
In case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer free gift packing, along with a gift message of your choice. Your gift will be delivered in distinctive Ranka Jewellers gift packing. So whether you order a gift to give to your loved ones personally, or want us to deliver it, the recipient is sure to be impressed.
To send a free gift message with your gift, look for the Gift message text box in the shopping bag/cart page. Your personal message will be printed on a distinctive card and delivered along with the gift.
