Cancellation And Returns Policy

  1. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched (usually 3 days after your purchase). If your order is shipped, you can return it till up to 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. You can call our customer service on 9860411161 or write to us at support@rankajewellers.in. We will mail you the detailed instructions on how to return the product. We will also arrange a pick up from your place at your convenient time at no cost.
  2. Once your returned item is received, our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
  3. Please Share Return Parcel Packing video while returning to shipment person.
  4. Return and refund or exchange only once successful complete product return as same condition we sent 
  5. Discoloration of jewellery: The discoloring of jewellery may sometimes occur due to reaction with Mercury, Rose Water, Perfumes, Flowers, Acid, Spillage, Exposure of solder, etc.
  6. No guarantee for any kind of plating.
  7. Any item that shows the sign of wear or has been altered, resized(by a jeweler other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 14 days return policy.
  8. If the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount to the account you paid from, within 10 days of receiving the product.
  9. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original Invoice for all exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
  10. Alongside returns, we offer free return shipping for exchanges and resizing. For any other queries, please feel free to call us at 9860411161.
  11. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
  12.  If Product In-transit status customer cannot cancel the orders.
  13. Please Do Not Accept Tempered or Unsealed or taped parcel/delivery by Delivery person as we send orders through POD sealed temper proof  bags only we held no responsibility if you accept unsealed Unsealed or taped parcel/delivery by Delivery person return or refund don't apply on such orders.
  14. Gold bullion products can not be returned once delivered.
  15.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on special/ custom orders.

Resizing And Repairs Policy

The company will resize rings free of cost except in certain cases where resizing is not possible.

If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.

If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.

In case of a refund, the payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.

If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.

Shipping charges under Repairs policy shall be borne by the customer.
